Elizabeth Gabor

Elizabeth Gabor (Priti Satya Kaur) is a Kundalini Research Institute Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, providing this remarkably effective yogic technology to further help people bring balance to body, mind, and spirit. Elizabeth completed 220 hours of training in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

 

So why the giraffe? I chose the giraffe as my animal guide during a meditation while on a retreat some years back. As I have always loved giraffes, I chose this beautiful, graceful, unique animal as a symbol to remind me that the universe has my back, and that life is always happening for me, and not to me. And the giraffe does not disappoint! I live in New York (not exactly giraffe country), and I see a giraffe in one way or another almost every single day. The most obvious feature about the giraffe is its extremely long neck, however, symbolically, this feature is about raising our vibration. It’s about elevating our character and our connection to the divine wisdom in all beings. Another trait of the giraffe is it has the largest heart of all land animals, thus reminding us to live from the place of a big and open heart. As an animal guide, the giraffe can offer higher ground for our vision, and provide intuitive insight when we feel we’re blinded by life’s distractions, diversions, and concoctions. We may also call upon the gentle nature of the giraffe to help us with gracefulness in action, patience, and sturdy footing in life’s potentially rocky terrain.

 

After many years as a dedicated geriatric social worker, Elizabeth Gabor, M.S.W. knew that it was time to make a radical shift in her career, and was organically drawn into the wellness arena as her focus.  As an avid meditator and wellness fanatic, Elizabeth felt compelled to share these tools with as many people as she could. Elizabeth then received extensive training for health care providers at the world renowned Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington D.C. and began teaching mind-body skills to individuals, groups, and high school students. Elizabeth began teaching invaluable life-in-balance tools, which help to change the way individuals deal with stress, illness, and their lives.  She incorporates meditation, imagery, visualization, mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and journaling into her work in order to create clarity, self-awareness, and stress reduction for her clients to live happier, more fulfilling lives.

 

But it didn’t end there……Elizabeth felt strongly that she wanted to offer her clients more.  Her daily mantra was, “Universe, show me what you got”. And , of course, Elizabeth fully knew and believed,  the universe does not disappoint. Enter Mr. Jack Canfield…Elizabeth attended Jack’s week-long Breakthrough to Success and knew with every fiber of her being that his teachings were what was missing in her work with her clients.  Without hesitation, Elizabeth began the transformational year-long training online and live courses to become a Certified Trainer and Coach in the internationally recognized Canfield Methodology and has been infusing her work with these teachings ever since.  Elizabeth has created and runs personal development and peak performance programs to provide practical solutions to current challenges as well as the tools to design and live an inspired life.
